Our Response

Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will:

1. Review the notice and verify the claim.
2. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly (typically within 48–72 hours).
3. Notify the party responsible for the content, where applicable.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and, where applicable, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Misrepresentation Warning

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Please do not submit false claims.
